This Mexico wedding falls into our favorites category for so many reasons – the event was incredibly unique, totally authentic and overflowing with love, the photos just couldnt be better, and the couple themselves are people we adore. Photographers and Junebug members Ben and Erin Chrisman are two of the most special people weve been lucky enough to get to know over the past 5 years of Junebug, so of course were excited to take another look at their beautiful wedding post, originally published on March 14, 2011…

Today we have a very special Real Wedding thats so sweet it spans both of our blogs as well as our Real Wedding Library! Photographers Erin and Ben Chrisman are not only some of the very best wedding photographers in the world, they are also madly in love with one another and when youre lucky enough to see them together in person, there is no doubt that their love story is one for the ages.

What we originally wrote when this Paris destination elopement wedding was first published on September 9, 2009 says it all! Read on for pure Parisian delight…

Paris + Elopement + New Years Eve + The most captivating couple around = R.O.M.A.N.C.E. What more is there to say?

Genesis and Kevin, the stunning and oh-so-in-love couple in todays Real Wedding, had started planning a large traditional wedding, but soon felt like they were losing sight of their main priority- that their wedding day would be all about their commitment and their love- so out went the traditional wedding, and in came a plan to elope to the most romantic city on earth. Paris!

On the morning of the wedding, Genesis and Kevin woke up giddy. As they were getting ready they had their photographers, Amy and Stuart of Amy and Stuart Photography, deliver letters they had written to each other, along with a surprise gift from Kevin to Genesis of diamond earrings and a brand new veil.

Hi everyone.  Im really excited to share a new a new publication just out.  Im not talking about the newly launched and successful WEDDING NOUVEAU magazine.  Oh no, but its just as thrilling (with high gloss images, loads and loads of fashion and dirndl magic.)

My good friend Nadine Santos, German-based graphic designer and fashion blogger, just launched her Dirndl Magazine, and you can view the either editorial collection here.

Originally published on October 2, 2009, Caitlin and Vikrants two-part wedding is a favorite of ours because of the unique beauty of the couples American and Indian cultures coming together…

Todays Real Wedding of Caitlin and Vikrant is truly a double dose of gorgeousness! With two weddings taking place across the globe from each other, in Pennsylvania and then in Delhi, India, these two honored their strong family traditions and celebrated all that makes them unique. Photographer Jihan Abdalla was at both events, and the images she captured are nothing short of stunning!

In Caitlins parents backyard in rural Pennsylvania, the happy couple was married during a day filled with family, friends and total ease. In the morning there was a picnic at a friends farm where they got to rest, relax and take a dip in the pond.

Ive been looking forward to todays post for a while.  It all started a few weeks back (okay, more like a year ago with our Native American Thanksgiving dream palette) when I was itching for something new and different.  After doing the western native dream palette, I realized that our real wedding list was lacking in the Native American department.  And so the search began.  At the end of last weeks Cultural Attire-Meets Cake inspiration post, I hinted towards a wonderful discovery.  I was referring to todays real wedding inspiration: a traditional Navajo wedding in New Mexico whos cultural details, I cant even begin to describe.  How

Bali weddings always make me want to pack my bags and head for the airport to join in the fun and sun! What a spectacular location for a destination wedding, and what a wonderful celebration we have to share with you today, courtesy of Tinydot Photography. Pink and gray wedding decor and the beauty of the Chinese and Balinese cultures, what a combination!

The Goals: Eva and Thomas were excited to host a destination wedding in Bali that was smaller and more intimate than the traditional 500 guest Hong Kong weddings they were used to. They wanted all of their guests to really get into traveling to such a beautiful location, so they incorporated lots of personal details, thoughtful surprises and bits of Balinese culture in their wedding details, even including a traditional balinese dance performance during the wedding reception.

The Design: The wedding day began with a beautiful traditional Chinese tea ceremony where Eva and Thomas served tea to their families and received blessings in return.
